What is a Code of Conduct?

A Code of Conduct is a document that explains the rules of how an organisation or group works. It sets out how everyone should behave and is agreed to by each employee or group member.

Youth Panel members will be tasked with working collaboratively with other panel members, the project team and technical experts. They will be required to undertake any necessary meeting preparation, such as pre-reading, and to participate during meetings actively and constructively.

As such, a Youth Panel Code of Conduct will be prepared. During the first meeting panel members will be asked to commit to the Code of Conduct and to participate at meetings throughout the panel process in accordance with it.
