Each year, we host a survey to better understand our customers and identify ways we can improve our relationship with you. We want to build on our current understanding of your needs so the services we provide can be planned and delivered with your long-term interests in mind.

Terms and conditions
The promoter is Tasmanian Networks Pty Ltd (TasNetworks) whose registered office is at 1-7 Maria Street, Lenah Valley. All valid entries will be eligible to go in the running to win a $1,000 gift card.
To submit a valid entry, you must:
- Be a permanent resident of Tasmania;
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Be a customer of TasNetworks;
- Not be a current employee of TasNetworks;
- Complete the survey either on Talk with TasNetworks, at AGFEST or via our telephone survey, conducted by Nature Research;
- Submit only one entry between 26th April 2024 and 13 May 2024.
On 15 May 2024, the winner will be randomly drawn and advised by phone immediately after the draw. It will be announced on TasNetworks’ Facebook page.
TasNetworks' decision will be final in respect to all matters to do with the competition. In the event a winner does not meet the entry criteria, the prize will be redrawn.
All entries become the property of TasNetworks and TasNetworks may use the information provided by the customer for the purpose of analysing customer preferences, marketing and promotional activities. TasNetworks may also contact you in the future to seek your participation in other customer engagement activities.
By completing and submitting this survey you consent to TasNetworks collecting and disclosing your personal information in accordance with our obligation under the Personal Information Protection Act 2004 (Tas) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
