Customer Satisfaction Surveys
TasNetworks monitor customer and community satisfaction in several ways - enabling us to gauge performance, hold ourselves accountable, and ensure we continue to adapt to the ever-changing needs and expectations of our customers.
One key program of monitoring is via our customer satisfaction tracking program that looks to gather customer feedback on recent experiences they have had around key interactions such as power outages, planned maintenance outages, new connections, general enquiries, and complaints resolution.
Every Tasmanian who has an interaction with us is offered the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience via a short online survey sent to them by email shortly after the interaction.
We encourage you to take the few minutes to provide feedback. Your review is highly valued and helps drive service optimisations in how we support and deliver to our customers.
