Bright Sparks is a free electrical safety in schools program that educates kids across Tasmania about the dangers associated with electricity and encourages safe and responsible practice.
It aims to reduce the risk of electrical incidents and prevent tragic accidents by educating primary school children about electrical dangers, as well as energy-efficiency messages.
Our trained presenters deliver interactive and educational sessions tailored to the audience (kindergarten to year 6) and range between 30 minutes to one hour.
It features some brightly coloured characters called Sparks, her nemesis Shocker and a nifty robot called Socket to deliver the key messages, with participants receiving an activity bag.
