Report a streetlight fault

We endeavour to make repairs within 7 business days. However it can take up to 8 weeks for more complex streetlights. 

If you would like an update on a previously reported fault, please call our Customer Service Centre on 1300 137 008 with your case reference number, or submit an online enquiry.

New streetlights

This form is only to be used by Councils for new streetlight fixture connections or changing fixtures on existing streetlights. Please submit a Public Lighting application through the Connections Portal if a new streetlight/s installation is required.
